Bread again

I made bread again today.

Word to the Wise........

When you smell the bread cooking.
And you think "I probably should get it out.
Because it probably has been in too long."

Get your butt off tghe chair.
Because it is waaaaay past time
To take it out.

The good thing
Is that the rolls
still tasted wonderful.

But the second batch
tasted even better.

I am on the track
to duplicating the
Maddox recipe.
